At RHMI, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for all of our members to experience renewal and empowerment. Our goal is to help each individual reach their full potential through the transformative power of faith. We believe that by nurturing the spiritual and emotional well-being of our members, we can help them overcome any obstacles they may face and thrive in all aspects of their lives

Additionally, we provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that our members have the resources and tools they need to excel in their careers. Whether it is through providing mentorship, skills training, or emotional support, we are dedicated to helping our members build successful and sustainable careers.

1. Welfare Department

We deliberately choose to be part of the social-economic wellbeing and growth of our members. Once registered as a member, you will be included in our welfare programs and initiatives.  We endeavor to be present when you need us in times of joy, sickness and even bereavement. It could be a wedding celebration, birthday celebration, arrival of a new-born, new house celebration, loss of a loved among others. We do achieve this by communally raising as small amount of funds every month to build a kitty that in return helps us support members in this regard. For more information, please visit our welfare department

2. Supporting new Immigrants into the community

Supporting new immigrants into the community is essential for both the newcomers and the society as a whole. Immigrants bring with them a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experiences that can enrich our workplaces and communities. However, the process of integrating into a new country and finding meaningful employment can be challenging for many immigrants. This is where RHMI comes in:

  1. Mentorship
  2. Career Guidance
  3. Professional Networking

3. Financial Literacy Education

The RHMI community, which is predominantly black, is taking proactive steps to empower its members through financial literacy education. This initiative comes at a crucial time when many black communities continue to face economic struggles and financial disparities. By introducing financial literacy education to its members, RHMI is addressing these challenges head-on and empowering individuals to take control of their financial futures.

4. Home Based Churches

Throughout the week we may gather in Community Groups. A Community Group is an expression of the church in a particular neighborhood/area. Community Groups gather weekly to study the scripture, build relationships, serve our community and share the good news of the Gospel.
